Set up Aelith Pay
- Create or sign in to your Aelith Pay merchant account.
- Complete your business profile and support contact details.
- Add at least one settlement wallet for the networks and tokens you plan to accept.
- Choose the tokens you want buyers to use at checkout.
Connect Shopify
- Open Integrations, choose Shopify, and enter your myshopify.com store domain.
- Authorize the Aelith Pay app in Shopify when redirected.
- Return to Aelith Pay and confirm that your Shopify store appears as connected.
- For the Shopify payments app flow, enable Aelith Pay from Shopify payment settings after Shopify grants access.
Test checkout
- Create a test product or use a demo product in your Shopify store.
- Proceed to checkout and choose Aelith Pay when the payment option is available.
- Complete or cancel the hosted crypto checkout to confirm both buyer paths.
- Review the payment record in Aelith Pay and the related order status in Shopify.
Payment status
Aelith Pay tracks payment sessions as pending, completed, failed, or expired. Shopify payment sessions are updated after buyer action, on-chain confirmation, cancellation, refund settlement, or timeout.
Refunds
Refunds should be created only for completed payments. Aelith Pay records the refund request, prepares the on-chain refund flow where supported, and reports refund status back to Shopify for payments-platform sessions.
cNFT receipts
When enabled, Aelith Pay can mint a collectible cNFT receipt after a successful payment. Receipt records help merchants and customers identify completed payment activity without replacing Shopify order records.
Policies and terms
Review the privacy policy, acceptable use policy, and terms before enabling Aelith Pay for a live Shopify store.
